Our Approach
We have a four-pronged approach:
INSPIRE – To shift the urban mobility paradigm, we seek to inspire urban leaders to take action on-ground by facilitating an exchange of ideas through study tours and site visits.
CREATE – We provide technical assistance to urban leaders to create best practice pilots of sustainable mobility projects in the Indian context that can act as a proof of concept and inspire other cities to emulate.
EMBED – To help cities scale up their efforts and commit to long-term transformation, we support the cities to embed these best practices into policies, standards, guidelines, and indicators.
EXPAND – We work towards scaling up the impact through partnerships, capacity building, and peer-to-peer learning between cities for widespread transformation.
We help cities by providing technical expertise for on-ground implementation, support for policy development, capacity development through workshops and resources, and support to conduct effective communications and outreach for widespread replication of best practices.
