Thoothukudi is advancing toward a more pedestrian-friendly and climate-resilient future. A multi-stakeholder workshop led by ITDP India and the city corporation under the UK PACT programme brought together officials to explore sustainable mobility, EV planning, and street design. Through interactive sessions and a GEDSI walk, participants gained practical insights to shape inclusive, people-centric urban transport solutions.
